Terms of Service
Last updated: May 13, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and TNW Travel ("we," "us," "our"), a travel advisory business registered in the State of Maine, USA. By using our website, requesting an offer, or booking a trip through us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Role of TNW Travel
TNW Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (cruise lines, hotels, airlines, tour operators, insurance providers, and other vendors). We do not own, operate, or control any of these suppliers. All travel services are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the supplier providing them.
3. Pricing & Estimates
All prices, fares, taxes, port fees, gratuities, and add-on charges quoted on this site or in any proposal are estimates only until a formal booking confirmation number is issued by the supplier. Inventory, promotions, currency, taxes, and supplier-imposed fees can change at any time without notice. Your final price is the price confirmed in writing on your supplier confirmation. If a quoted price is no longer available at the time of booking, we will contact you with the current price for your approval before charging anything beyond an authorized refundable deposit.
4. Deposits, Payments & Refunds
Deposits collected at proposal stage are held to secure inventory and are refundable up until the supplier's confirmation has been issued and you have accepted the final confirmed price. After supplier confirmation, the supplier's cancellation, change, and refund policies apply and supersede any expectation of refund from us. We do not mark up supplier prices without disclosure; any service fee charged by TNW Travel will be itemized on your proposal.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate traveler information including legal names matching government-issued ID; (b) holding valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation; (c) reviewing and complying with each supplier's terms; (d) arranging adequate travel insurance; and (e) arriving at departure points on time. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Maine law, TNW Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, delay, damage, expense, inconvenience, or claim arising out of acts or omissions of any third-party supplier, government action, weather, illness, force majeure, or any cause beyond our reasonable control. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of service fees you paid directly to TNW Travel for the trip giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—text, images, branding, proposals, and software—is owned by or licensed to TNW Travel and may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission, other than for your personal non-commercial use of your own proposal.
8. Account & Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, scraping data, submitting false information, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of TNW Travel services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maine, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact options on our site.
